gwtaylor18@yahoo.com Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 5 Thank you received: 0	I have members that are not able to log on to our United Public Speakers Free Toast Host 2 club page. Members type in their name click on authenticate but system does not recognize the request. The reply simply says the password is incorrect yet there is no password entered. Club number is #5163164. Please let me know how to fix this issue so my member can access our club page.

Also, your FreeToastHost website is separate from/not connected to the TI International website. (cannot be for privacy reasons)

Therefore, they have to also be added in the website Membership Management as Brian is noting. Then they have to do the member authentication step to get a website password. (vs any password they may have for the TI Int'l website)
