In the past, if the club needed to edit a member's meeting notes for some unusual reason, there was only a very obscure way to do that. Now that is directly supported in a more obvious way when you are logged in as the Admin. Note the added drop-down below.

You see this now in the agenda area when you log in as the admin (or admin+member). If no admin login, then this reverts back to what you have seen up till now.

Purpose: For those rare occasions when the member's meeting notes need to be edited, but the member is unavailable/unable to do the edits.

Reason for change: So I can finally ditch the "back door" admin login as member functionality.

Aha! It IS gone! I needed the "back door functionality" today to log in as my club's VPE as he said he couldn't do thus and so, and found FTH wouldn't accept my admin pwd. It was helpful so that I as admin could see what he sees, have access to what he has access to in the way that he has access to it. We solved the problem, so I'm not clamoring for the door to be reinstalled, but it did have its useful moments.

It would be easy to add it back... However, I am not inclined to want to do that, as I want to make sure that everything is accomplished via permission and granting access rights as much as possible.

Having a "back door" allows for scenarios where overly ambitious admins go in and change member's information without their knowledge or permission. You can still kind of do that since permission for admins to change member profiles via membership management is "on" by default, but at least it can now be revoked. With the "back door" scheme, permission could never be revoked.
