I thought I would let you know that I tried adding all of the new features to the e-mails I send out from the agenda with the agenda, photos, replies etc. I had a total of 6 of the 7 features added. I was unable to open the copy of the e-mail that I had sent from the FreeToastHost website that I received in my Outlook files. After repeated attempts to open the message, I screwed up my Outlook file really good. It took me a couple of hours to get back into Outlook after I figured out the cause of the problem. I can only hope I didn't screw up everyone in the club's e-mails with that message like it did to my Outlook file. I got alerts on my computer that the message was not compatible with recent additions to McAfee and that there was a problem with Java Script. After I removed my e-mail message choices back to the first 2 in the list, I was fine again. Nina Chace, Gene Toaster Toastmasters Club #4818

We need more specifics to develop any kind of resolution.

If you can give us any error messages, a screen capture of relevant details, the raw email body, etc.

I was unable to open the copy of the e-mail that I had sent from the FreeToastHost website that I received in my Outlook file. After repeated attempts to open the message, my outlook files froze up. I was unable to use my Outlook file. I screwed up my Outlook file really good. I had to wait 2 hours for Microsoft to check all of my archived files and folders before I could get into Outlook again, and realized what the problem had been (that I added all of these features to the e-mail message from my FreeToastHost2 agenda notification e-mail for the first time) and realized the cause of the problem. My solution was not to click on that e-mail again. I was still connected to the internet and could use it, but unable to mail from Outlook. I have heard no complaints from any other club members about that e-mail. In fact I have received no responses to the e-mail, so I'm not even sure it went out. I have no clue which of the 6 new additional features I added to the e-mail after the first 2 on the list caused the problem or if it was using so many at once. And I don't want to try and find out. I got alerts on my computer that the message was not compatible with recent additions to McAfee and that there was a problem with Java Script. Unfortunately, I don't want to recreate the situation to get screen shots. I don't have another 2 hours to waste.

Nina - I had a similar issue with Outlook, although not as severe as yours. Steve has now resolved the problem.

Please click on "reload website from server" at the bottom of your page, and try again when you have time. Best to send just to yourself as a test, before sending to all members.
