HI Steve,

As I mentioned in another post the best way right now to sign the emails is the DKIM and SPF record. You can set also a DMARC very strict telling the server receiving the email to eliminate 100% of the emails that are not signed correctly.

Just to give you an heads up of how it works it signs the email with DKIM or SPF record (you need access to the DNS record to set it up) and the DMARC (it is set in the TXT record of the DNS as well) tells the server what to do if the email is not signed. You can go from do nothing, quarantine a set % of the emails, eliminate a set % of the email. Also using dmarcian.org you can have a report of all the emails that have been received by the different providers (the DMRC record can be set so every email provider sends a report about the emails that it received from your domain to a specific email) and how many of that emails were spam or not.
