It appears rather inflexible. Perhaps I'm missing something. IS there a way to select people from members and guests in order to do activity such as send basic email? Club# 1886 -AS

No, you cannot send to both lists at the same time. When that feature was implemented, I never thought that it would grow in use like it has... Chalk it up to learning how people prefer to use the software in reality. You can always use the email lists from your email client--that way is the most flexible approach anyway.
