Users are currently unable to log into our American General Toastmasters website. It appears that the users are not being recognized on the site at all. A screenshot is attached.

Any help you can provide is appreciated!
Thank you,

Sarah Gonzales

Without a club Number we cannot see what the issue is.

Did you ask your site admin if they had added you to the site?

Thank you,

I am an admin and have logged in and setup members previously. Several of our current members have been unable to login today.

Our club # is 1507473.

Thank you!

OMG - as of April, we had 52 members and 151 former members and guests on our roles!

No idea how the data got munged.

Is there any way to recover the data?

Thanks,

I see a lot of Prospects / Guests / Former Members, but nothing on the Members tab. My suggestion is to look at the other tabs and make sure someone did not just accidentally move the members to another tab.

The reason I suggest you do this is that the membership module has un-delete built in, but will only allow that if members were actually deleted. In this case, the undelete is greyed out on the members tab, which means there are no available deleted members to undelete. Because of this, it may be possible they were simply moved to another tab instead of deleted... Do you follow my logic?

You were right! All our members had been moved to former members.

I've restored everything.

Thanks as always for your prompt and very useful help!
