Source of issue located.

I started using a new browser: Opera on my Mac. The same issue that I was having three weeks ago started happening again. If I login as myself and add myself as a speaker, the title fills in with the same title of a speech by another member from several months ago. If I login as Admin, it appears in everyone's speech title even though they have their own titles. I use LastPass, but even though I couldn't find any reference to the title "Weathering the Storm," when I disabled LastPass, the issue went away. I'll follow up with them.
