Hi. We are having some problems updating our agenda. When I sign in as a site administrator and go to edit the agenda, it doesn't allow me to make any changes to the roles (like changing the length of time for a speech). I click on the pencil icon and nothing happens. I tried several roles on our 7/18 agenda, but I had the same issue. Any suggestions of what the problem could be?

For the 7/18 agenda, you are not signed up for any role that can edit the agenda (looks like the TM can do edits), and you do not have an officer role that is indicated to be able to create/edit agendas (set at the bottom of the Access Settings tab). Therefore, unless you log in as the admin, you cannot edit the agenda. I see that you are the Club President, but we do not assign default privileges to officer roles anymore... they must be explicitly set by your club. (desired privileges vary by club)

My recommendation: log in as the admin and then add President to the roles that can Create/Edit agendas. (look at bottom of Access Settings tab)
