Hello! I'm new to FreeToastHost, but recently we've been getting a lot of emails about role changes (so and so signed up as evaluator...) This is a bit much for our inboxes. I turned the feature off for myself and changed it manually for our members, but was wondering if (A) did I do it the hard way? Is there a place I could turn it off for the server? Or (
 is there a way to set new members to not receive role change notifications? (In a perfect world, for our club there would be a "Toastmaster only" option or a TM+Bob.)My concern is that it will be forgotten when someone joins and they will receive a lot of emails that no-one else knows about. We have a lot more turnover than the average, I believe. |
