I have three officers set to receive Contact Us Email
1. Only two name show
2. Only one shows if I uncheck the "phone call option"

Why not the third officer?

Circe, go look in Membership Management for your VPM's phone number and you will get your answer.

So the number is blank. Are you saying if an officer does not have a phone number, the contact doesn't show?
Why the check box then?
I thought the check box was to set the contact up for EMAIL only or email and phone.

Label on checkbox: This member will accept prospect phone calls.

It does not say anything about emails. A person's phone number only needs to be shown to allow the prospect to use the phone number, if the phone number was entered.

The presumption is that if you put someone as a club contact then you should have gotten there permission to have them receive emails. Therefore the only additional permission would be concerning phone calls which is what the checkbox is for.

The system does not show contacts unless they have entered a phone number and the checkbox has been checked to allow the person's name and their phone number to be displayed so that they can be called.

The argument for hiding contacts for privacy reasons really does not hold water though if members are clearly listed on the Meet Our Members page, so someone could make the argument that the system should list the club contacts regardless of whether their phone numbers are shown. (like it is now)

If you think this should should work differently, then post a suggestion and why it should be different. Keep in mind, though, that other clubs may not want their names shown on the Contact Us form.
