I received the below email from a club member (my wife). The member did not request a reset of her password. I'm the one requesting the reset but the information you sent went to my wife's email address. I'm the one having trouble receiving the Authentication Reset password. I've been told several times to "Please check your e-mail inbox and spam/junk mail folder for your authentication key and instructions." I have yet to receive anything in my in box or junk mail.

Hello Walter Marria Jr:

This email is for your information only.  You are registered as the website administrator for the  website:  3131828.toastmastersclubs.org

Walter Marria Jr DTM has requested a password reset for this website.  This confirms that another email containing the password reset link has also been sent to them.

You are receiving this notification email so that you can follow-up with this person to verify that they were able to reset their password and access the website.  If you do not wish to receive these notifications in the future, they can be disabled in the Admin Console of your website:  Basic Settings / Administrator Information tab.[/color][/b]

When a member requests a password reset, *two* emails are normally sent out, one of them to the club website admin so that they can assist the member in getting logged in. (unless that email is shut off)

The email you have posted is the one that would have been sent to the admin.

Walter, all those resets were going to an outlook.com address... Please follow the instructions in the following doc (the outlook.com section) to ensure you get email via outlook.com/hotmail.com: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

All the following emails detailed in our email logs were sent from our server... it is likely that Microsoft has them in "New sender purgatory" ... note the responses show Queued vs Delivered (important detail) ... If you follow the instructions above, you should be able to see them in your inbox. I have a hotmail account (for testing), I know this from experience.

I did receive the password reset email. Thanks. I have a couple of questions. Do I create a new agenda for each week? Is the first one available where it can be edited with role changes and date?

Have a look at support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index and the links from that page.

There's a lot there, but there's also a lot that can be done with agendas.

Hopefully those will answer your questions, but if they don't, please ask.
