A majority of our members are unable to attend next Monday's meeting because of the eclipse (Oregon is in the path of the totality!).

To avoid confusion, I'd like to be able to delete the agenda on the website so that when members sign in, they see the agenda for the next actual meeting, which is 8/28. This would be handy in the future as well. Our Monday meetings mean we miss other days like Labor Day etc.

The agenda function automatically rolls to the next available meeting date on the calendar. Can I delete the entire agenda for 8/21?

Thanks,

Stephen

You can delete it but nothing is carried forward from the deleted Agenda.

That's fine. I will set up the new agenda for 8/28. I just want to delete the 8/21 agenda so people don't accidentally modify it instead of the 8/28 one. Not everyone is either tech savvy enough or familiar enough with the way the website it set up to know/remember to select the agenda they want to edit. I want to make it a bit easier/more foolproof.

How do I delete it?
