We have a "new" member who was active in 2014 (not since). I just learned from TI that they still have his past info.

Goal: To get him access to the our club website (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

Apparently his email address is the same as it was then: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

TI gave me his member ID number: 3711123

So we not only need to get him access to the website, but TI said we could also sync with his past data (not create an entirely new member ID).

I tried adding his name and email in the Manage Members area, but the system recognized his name and email as already existing. See screen shot, attached.

So somehow I need to retrieve his old record and reactivate it, or something like that.

Help!?!

Thanks,

Stephen

You need to read the documentation on this site

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management-index

Look in former members
