In the meeting Agenda, for Evaluator, we sometimes want to assign the Role to read Group instead of to an individual member.
For example, someone is practicing their speech for a competition and wants group feedback. Or someone is practicing a speech they are going to give to a Town Council and seeksgroup- wide feedback.

Do I have to add a fake club member named Group, and assign the Evaluator role that way?
Or is there a less heavy-handed approach I can use?

If this is documented, please point me to the topic. Search did not reveal this question or a solution. tks.

Making a member named Group Evaluation (or similar) is probably the best approach, since you could have it show in role reports to see what days the Group did evaluations.
