Hi guys,
Last month, I created the official site for our club (IFIM Toastmasters Club - 05016997; ifim.toastmastersclubs.org) and linked it with Google and Bing using their respective meta tags. Everything looks good with Google.

However, Bing doesn't seem to be indexing our site, as everything is at 0%:


Not only that, our website does not show in the search results of Bing (and Yahoo), even if we enter the whole URL (not just the club's name).


I am at my wit's end on what to do next. Please help me out.

Thank you for your response.
Somehow in the midst of adding content to all the social media pages, I had totally forgotten about it.
I have added the link to our site from the Find a Club page, as well as our Facebook page.
I am still a bit worried, as most things still say that no data is available. Is there anything else I can do in the meantime (apart from trying to get more backlinks)?


In addition, I am also unable to add my Google Analytics script code to my website statistics page. It says, "This does not appear to be the Google Analytics script code. Please copy it exactly as Google has it displayed." However, I have copied it exactly the way it appeared.


Kindly show me the way with this as well.

I'm by no means an expert, but the Google Analytics code that Arindam is showing has a different look from the format that I'm used to seeing from Google. For one thing, I expect to see everything between one set of <script>...</script> tags, and Arindam's screen capture from Google's site shows two sets.

Is it possible that Google has changed the format enough that some "helpful" spot checking done by FTH is no longer valid?

Our GA script code checker will fail two script sequences which is what this looks like.

Reason: It used to be a way for adventurous admins to hack in a script into the template.

I tried entering the single script version as well, from the following page, replacing the UA-XXXXX-Y part with my property ID, but I'm still getting the same error.

I've managed to paste in the Google Analytics script code that I think belongs there. I've included your property ID, as visible in one of your earlier screenshots. The first time I tried, I got the error message you described; don't know why. The second time, I got FTH to accept it.

Please double-check that I got your property ID correct. After that. you'll want to see if Google Analytics records visits to your site. We can only guess how Google's internal code actually works, and the old script code may or may not work with your property ID.

Even if it does work (maybe especially if it does work), please let us know how things are going. We might just see this problem again for someone else.

Yes, the property ID is correct, and it is detecting the number of users online (just me for now).

I'm guessing it fails to recognise the code if we copy the "<!-- Google Analytics --->" part as well? Since now it shows only the part starting from < script>

I just changed the validation script for this... please give it a shot with the original code to see if you have any additional issues.

For anyone that lands on this thread in the future with the same issue, first copy/paste your code minus the first line and see if it works.

The comment should be ignored now also. I added a comment stripper in the data validation.
