a gal in our district from another club from mine, has no problem logging into her club website (one of the Yakima, WA clubs - I forgot to ask which club as she belongs to several.

Anyway, at club mtg, she let another member use her computer and he tries to login it won't authenticate him .. She gets this message

when they try to set his password, She checked, and her system accepts cookies!
I suggested refreshing from server.. link at bottom or ctrl-F5 ..

she said she has, tried most everything. When she logs in on with the computer...no problem. Then when she logs this member in on with her computer, doing the Authenticate.....on her computer...get the "...cookie" issue. Odd indeed. She thinks there is a memory in his profile that crosses "internet" waves.

her email if you need more info from her is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Thanks.. I hate when I get stumped on a memer's FTH question..

Darlene

oh.. ps.. my computer logs in two different people all the time to FTH (and it tends to be finicky), so that's why it puzzled me that she was having this problem.

We can not solve the issue talking to you. We need to talk to the person having the issue.
Have the person submit a support request to the support forum.

There is no way to solve some person had some problem on some computer.

Thank you,
