Starting today and moving forward, anytime you delete a dated meeting agenda, you will be able to subsequently undelete it for up to 30 days afterwards. I have figured out a way to apply the "delayed delete" approach to agendas that I have used elsewhere in the system.

Agendas deleted prior to today will *not* be able to be deleted with this approach. (The needed information was not stored in the past.)

The Undelete is available in the same dialog as the Delete Agendas... just on a different tab. (I added tabs to the dialog.)

Steve:

Recently, all our Meeting Agendas from Jan 1, 2018 thru our most recent meeting on Apr 13, 2018 disappeared from our site.

No one, to my knowledge has physically deleted those agendas. Is there a way to restore them? If so, please help!

Sorry, that pre-dates the implementation of the agenda soft deletion / undelete technology.

Anything deleted in the past is just gone.

Good morning - I know in some of the documents it says to not delete out agendas. But our club has chosen to do this in trying to keep the view and selection of agendas cleaner. This is a practice we have done for a couple years now with no issues/no complaints.

However - about 2 or 3 weeks ago, when we delete agendas, old agendas from 2017 have been appearing. Almost on a one-to-one basis. When one of those gets deleted, another from the same time period shows up in its place. Any thoughts?

Well if you delete agendas, you can forget about using the Role Reports... they will not work correctly.

The reason you are seeing the old agendas is because you have old agendas you did not delete that are still in the system. Click List All Agendas to see them.

This is not a bug. It is because I changed the default filter for the drop-down from last 45 days of agendas to last 5 meetings for the drop-down... so you will see them if they are there.

You can also just change the filter to last 0 meetings if you do not want to see any past meetings in the drop-down. That is in the Global Agenda Settings.
