I have added up and down buttons to the agenda editors to enable re-sequencing the agenda order without needing to use drag and drop.
This is a usability update that I have been planning for some time.

I don't know how to resolve this. The agenda shows speakers in this order: 1,3,4,2 (only 1 and 3 are showing in attachment), but the editor shows the proper order of 1,2,3,4. I tried moving them up and down then saving, but the agenda still shows 2 as last (there's no speaker, but that shouldn't make a difference)
