HI -

The (relatively) new Print Meeting Agenda popup "Select Layout" drop-down menu shows a grayed-out choice labeled "TM Layout (not created yet)." How to do I create this?

Alternatively, can the default "FTH Standard" layout only have the "Include Role Times" and "Include Role Descriptions" boxes checked? My weekly TMs are very confused by this.

Thanks, and we all appreciate your efforts. However, many of my club members (and I suspect many Toastmasters worldwide) are technically challenged. I've spent many hours on the phone teaching our weekly TMs how to use FTH. It would be a big help to me if the only print boxes checked by default were role times and descriptions. Hopefully, this is possible to adjust easily.

Again I request the default "FTH Standard" layout only have the "Include Role Times" and "Include Role Descriptions" boxes checked by default.

Despite repeated instructions, my weekly TMs continue to print the meeting notes because they can't see the check boxes. This looks very unprofessional. I'm sure this is happening system-wide.

Seems to me that this would be an easy fix.
