Hi team

I have recently received a number of system generated emails which purport to come from one club / member but refer, in the subject line, to another club, of which the supposed sender is not a member. The screenshot shows the issue:

My question is this: Is this an issue at my end or at the FTH end?

If this is the admin version of the unrecognized device email, you may actually be dealing with an email Display Name caching issue with your email client. We sometimes see that with emails addressed from server email address. It is actually an issue w/ your email client.

A workaround is to create an explicit contact in your email contacts for the server email address... just create a dummy name of your choosing (e.g. FreeToastHost Server or whatever) and typically your email client would use that.

I use gmail and it has this issue. Look at the following for more details:
