Hi - looking for pointers of how to resolve this. Our member with account name/email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. is no longer able to send email to the club members from our local toastmasters web site (uppercape.toastmastersclubs.org/)

This is the error he is receiving:

You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile.

Nothing has changed on the site that I'm aware of. Any ideas welcome.

- Scott

You need to log in as the site admin and fix his email.

Ok - figured this out. I had to log in as site admin, then gave my personal officer role access to administer the membership profiles. Logged back in as my personal account and was able to fix the email address in the user profile.

Thank you - Scott

You seem to have gone a long way about it. As admin you have direct access to all modules, including Membership Management. No officer access required. Documentation here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...hip-management-index
