Our club assigns roles on an 8 week schedule so we can help members get through their manuals. Before FTH, we would send out an email and request everyone to confirm their roles for the meeting. If someone was unable to make the meeting, we could find a replacement. With FTH, we fill out the agenda, send the agenda before the meeting, but do not know if members are actually going to be at the meeting and can fill their role or of they have forgotten to drop out of their roles on the website. Many times we scramble at the meeting to fill roles for members who did not show up to the meeting.

It would be helpful to have a "Confirmed" checkbox on the agenda so we know which members have actually logged in to FTH and confirmed that they will be at the meeting and can fulfill their role. The Toastmaster can then review the agenda and follow up with those who haven't yet confirmed and find out what their status is.

I would like to do it, but it will have to wait until I can get some "spare time" freed up to do work on an update.
