I am currently not able to update any of the merge fields on The Forks (7373) site even when pressing the "Saves Dues Notice" button. I thought perhaps it was an issue with by browser and was planning to try later, however seeing other reports makes me wonder if there may be a site issue at play.

Cory you are not the treasurer nor the site admin for 7373.toastmastersclubs.org not sure how you are accessing the treasurers dues application.

From what I can see no information has been entered.

I logged in as Lana and was able to update the dues application with the club name and clicking on the "Save Dues Notice Info" button.

What Browser and version are you using?

When attempting to update the dues information through the admin console with IE 8/32bit it will not allow the changes to be saved. Other features of the admin console, such as editing the member list, are working without issue on the same computer.

When editing the dues application, you need to scroll down to the middle to see the Save Dues Notice Info button.

I am aware of the Save Dues Notice Info button, the problem is that is is completely unresponsive when using the admin account for 7373. It does not change colour like the buttons on this forum and there are no other indicators that anything is happening.

Edit: Matter of fact, the Update and Send Notices and Update Changes Only buttons also do not change colour as well. The Close button on the Dues Management screen does change colour correctly though. Also, the Send Notices button did appear to work earlier even though the Save Dues Notice Info was not.

It works for me.

Have you cleared your cache?

Do you have the latest version of flash installed?

What browser and version are you using?

Clearing the cache did not solve this issue.

I then attempted the same process on my seperate computer used for application testing which has not previously access any sites on toastmastersclubs.org with the same result.

Both computers are running

Windows 7 32-bit
IE 8 32-bit
Flash 11.3.300.257 - not the lastest but controlled by enterprise software management.

All other aspects of the admin console appear to be working correctly on my primary computer, such as membership management, agenda editing, etc.

Windows 7 came with IE9 is this a special setup from your place of work?

Have you tried this at home using your personal computer?

Internet Explorer 8 comes with Windows 7

I have not tried this from home as I would prefer to manage the club site from work at lunch as the club meets near work and is mostly made up of employees from within my organization. Managing the club related activites from work just makes life simpler.

Are there any other suggestions that can be tried?

i just updated your dues application logged in as Lana using IE 8 and IE 9, you have a local issue that we cannot resolve.

You can try the compatibility settings in IE8 to see if that helps, or I can suggest you use another browser such as FireFox.

Tried this at home on an unmanaged computer with success with the following configurations:

Windows 7 64-bit

Chrome 64-bit 21.0.1180.83 w Flash 11.3.31.230
IE 9 64-bit w Flash 11.3.300.271

Are you logging in as the admin or the Treasurer?

If it works on your home computer, then it sounds like a localized computer issue...

The issue works when using a non-work computer and a non-work network connection.

My next plan to to try testing using a work computer on a non-work network connection with the thought that it would help me confirm if it is a network issue or a computer issue.

Sounds good... please let us know what you determine so that others might benefit from what you find.

I have repeated the testing using a third computer that can connect to the network at work. While on the work network it fails to work correctly. Changing only the network connection to a completely external internet connection results in the same browser, flash, etc working.

This confirms that is is something with my work network that is the issue. Unfortunately, from this point forward it will not be easy to solve.

My guess is that it might be something to do with the network or browser security settings for your work network.
If there is some way to set toastmastersclubs.org as "safe" (whitelist it), that might be the way to go.
