My VP-Membership has not been receiving emails when I send them out on the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. email list. I have checked his email address against what I have in my personal account, what I have entered on our club page and on our official roster at TI. They all match. The formatting is all correct as well. I'm at a loss as to why he's not getting his emails. Anyone have any suggestions?

Are your other officers getting email? (Is it just your VPM?)

Are you putting the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. address in the To:, CC:, or BCC: part of the email?
(BCC not supported.)

If it is just your VPM, Brian can probably check to see if his/her email is "bouncing" back, and take it from there.

I have been getting responses back from other Officers but I can't say with 100% certainity that everyone has been getting them - our VPM is just the only one that has brought it to my attention that he has not. I always put the email address into the To: line. I also asked him to check his junk email and he said that did not work. He did send me an email from his Yahoo! account to my This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. address that worked. He tried to send one to his This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. account but he said that did not work (although I told him I was unsure if that would ever work as he would essentially be sending an email to himself). I have sent him multiple messages from the officers account, rekeyed his email address into Membership Management. Nothing.

What are my next steps?

The email are being sent to your VPPR and are being received and accepted. They will need to check their spam box or ask their mail service what they are doing with the email.

It's not our VPPR that is having the problem, it's the VPM. His email address is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Sorry for the confusion.

Same story though Yahoo is accepting the email. Tell him to check the spam box, or contact yahoo and ask them where they sent his email.
