Duplicate word "For" on Role/Agenda item header on emailed agenda 12 years 3 weeks ago #22019

My club url is 6809.toastmastersclubs.org/
When I send out the agenda, the emailed copy displays as follows: 
Time* Role/Agenda for for November 19, 2012 Member How to I get rid of the duplicate word "For". I have tried to go to the Admin Console under Meeting Agenda Settings and I could not find a place where this word (for) is stored. I've also attached a copy of the website agenda which only shows the words Role/Agenda and the date is at the top.
