I usually send out the agenda for next meeting to the email list - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I add guests to our membership list. Do they receive the email? I assume former members do not.

If the guests are added as guests - that is, they have the designation "guest" assigned to them after they're added - then they don't get anything that's sent to members-934375.

Any designated officer can email them at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Ordinary members can't.
