klambp Topic Author Visitor	Hello: I am having the same problem. Our club has been inactive for a few months and when I went into our site today, there are absolutely no agendas there I is there a backup somewhere on the hosting server? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

If your club has been inactive for a few months, it may be that the agendas are still there but not showing in the drop-down menu, because they are too far in the past.

Go to your agenda page and click on the "show all agendas" box underneath the "view another agenda" drop-down.

Does that make any difference?

Brian,

I am looking into this... Did you add the Test Role agenda on 12-31-13?

I think this is an obscure bug... here is what I figured out:

If there are no *future* agendas in the system and all past ones are "outside" the window of recent agendas shown in the normal agenda list drop-down, the Show All Agendas checkbox does not work.

However, in that case, you can still verify the existence of past agendas on the Club Calendar, and they can be accessed via clicking on one of the Calendar entries. For this club, I know all the past agendas are there by reviewing the Club Calendar. It has Blue agenda entries in it once you get back to March 2013.

I have reproduced the bug by setting the date of the Test Role agenda to be 12-31-12, so that it makes it a past agenda. Once you do that and log out, log back in as admin (not sure that is required), you can see that you are back to the state of having no agendas in the agenda selection list and the Show All Agendas checkbox does not work. You can set the Test Role agenda date back to 12-31-13 (get to it via the Calendar), and the issue goes away---the Show All Agendas checkbox works again, then.

EDIT: Oops! Brian, beat me back to this... I still think it is a bug, since the Show All Agendas checkbox should work.

I think you stumbled across a bug... Don't worry, your agendas are still there.
This is apparently just a problem with the agenda selection drop-down list.

You can access your past agendas from the Club Calendar for now.
If you click on one of the Blue calendar entries, you will see that you can access all your past agendas.

A code modification has been implemented to address this bug. It should be resolved.
Please take a look and let us know if this issue is still a problem.
