That is fine.

One of you will still need to complete the Change Form to make you the registered admin, though:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/

Once the form is completed and submitted, a confirmation email is send to the current registered admin's (Rodrigo) email, and to the contact on the club Find a Club information page (on www.toastmasters.org TM Intl website).

The confirmation email contains a link to confirm the change.

I am just now getting back to this.

Rodrigo sent me an email informing me that I have been changed to an Administrator, yet I have not received an email confirmation. Can you look into this please?

Club 1436 has you listed as the admin.

Make sure when you log in that you use 1436 as the club number, not 21436.

Rob,

If you do not have a password, you will need to click on the Log In as administrator link,

enter your club number
click on the log in authenticate button.

Check your email (including junk or spam)
click on the authentication link and enter the new password

Greetings, and thanks for your help Brian and Steve,

I still have a pending approval waiting, but the problem is the club member needed to approve me -- Brandon Lai, has never used this tool! Hence I am still not approved.

No other current club member uses this site or has access. Rodrigo Ezcurra did, but some how listed Brandon Lai as administrator and no longer has access.

The reality is that no one has used this tool in a couple years, and I have volunteered to update the site.

Is there another means of granting me access? If not, I would rather delete this old Grabar website, and start a new one, is that possible?

Please advise.
