We had a meeting this week where I (as toastmaster) entered the details of speaker 3.
The VP of admin had entered the speech 2 details on behalf of another member.
Speaker 1 entered his info himself.
On screen, the agenda looked fine. When we printed it, only speaker 1 showed up .
See appended agenda, and attached printout.

Does anyone know what we did wrong?
