I am the VP of Membership of my club and would like to promote our club events sending emails. Is there a VP of Membership email that I can use to send out the event emails?

Also, are there other VP emails?

Are you talking about emailing to your members of to non-members?

No. I meant whether there is an email address for the VP of Membership to use to send out emails to other people. Now, I use my personal email to promote our TM events. I think it would be more professional if I can send emails through a VP of Membership email.

We do not provide email accounts that can send emails.

We do provide 2 lists for non-members (guests and former) that you can email to that will not display your personal email address.

You can also use a mail tool like constant contact.

As an officer you can email the guest or former email addresses listed on the link on your site under "Club E-mail Addresses" and your email address will not be shown.

Aliases are just forwarding email addresses that provide a way for you to give out an email address that is not your personal email address but you still get any email sent *to* it. (the email is forwarded) You cannot send from the aliases.

If you want to see what email aliases and lists are available for your club, click on the "Club Email Addresses" link after logging in as a member.
