Hi,
I've set up the agenda on our club website but members can't
sign in. Are email addresses stored at TM international or
do I need to put them in somewhere so they can login to club site?

Please take a look at support.toastmastersclubs.org/docs, particularly the membership management section under the Admin heading.

You have to put the members personal email addresses in the members area, you have not put any real email addresses in the members area.

Their actual email addresses are needed so that they can receive the authorization link that allows them to set their password. That link is emailed to them.
