I am the web master for club 3603, Wilmington Toastmasters.

I post the schedules to the Free Toast Host web site, and in addition I put an excel file in the Member Downloads section which has the schedules for the next 6 to 8 weeks. Also in the Member Downloads section of the web site I have put some useful Toastmasters documentation (Award Application, Checklists). Some of these documents have matured, and there are newer versions of the requirements. (I.e. Competent Leader awards) I want to keep them for historical purposes, but only have the current versions available for members to download. Is there a way to do this? I am thinking of a document that you can see on line, but it isn't downloadable, but I don't know that much about computers.

Along the same lines, our club secretary wants to know if there is a way to archive club documents that he comes across on the web site. They will be useful and it would be nice if their was a space for these documents to live.

Thanks for your help!

*Francie
