Hello,

I received a request from our club member asking to reset her password on our club website.
After checking the admin console on our website, I am still not able to find a solution. Please advise on what I need to do to reset the password for a club`s website.

Please always enter your club number and name within your signature when you want us to assist you with anything. Please see my signature as an example...

Your member can reset their own password and if you do it, just enter their name and leave the password area blank and hit authenticate. They will then get an email in which they can change their password.
