My VPE is also no longer receiving email notifications when someone signs up or drops a role for any given meeting. I have it set for the following to receive such emails:

President
VPE
TM of the Meeting

I have clicked and unclicked the checkboxes, and added the Role Confirmation notification. However, then they were receiving emails in triplicate, so I removed the Role Confirmation. Ever since then, she has not received any notification. I had her check her junk email, add "toastmastersclubs.org" to her safe list, and added @hotmail.com to our website's Safe list. She states she still is not receiving notice.

Any tips or suggestions on how to fix this? I haven't heard of others having trouble with email notifications, but I may add myself (VPPR) just to see if I get them.
