Hello,
How do I edit our club calendar on the FreeToastHost site? For some reason it lists the wrong time. It should say 12:pm-1:00pm, but it says 5am.

What is your club number so we can see what is going on.

What is the time of your club meeting?

What time zone is your club meeting in?

Thank you,

You have the website time zone set to GMT you need to set to US/Pacific.

Then open and save each agenda where the time is incorrect.

Thank you,

Ok, I went to admin console, website settings, basic settings and changed the time zone there. Then I went to meeting agenda settings, agenda templates, selected our standard agenda template and confirmed the time says 12:00pm. Then I closed admin console and went to the calendar. I clicked on a club meeting, which still says 5am, and it took me to the agenda for that day. The agenda says12pm but the calendar still says 5am. There is no edit button on the calendar. Still not able to fix it.

I am also having a calendar/time issue. I created agendas into through the end of the year, yet starting after daylight savings time (11/05) the time on the calendar (6:30 PM) does not match the time on the Agenda template (5:30 PM). The global time zone setting is America/New York. When I played with the calendar and changed the agenda to 4:30 PM the calendar accurately reflects the start time of 5:30 PM. The problem with this is someone looking at the calendar today might make the mistake of assuming the meeting is an hour later after 11/05 It could create confusion. I "fooled" the calendar by changing the meeting start time for all meetings after 11/05, now I have to remember to change them back after 11/05 so the meetings don't appear to start @ 4:30 PM. Is this something you can modify? Too much margin for error this way.

An update has been made to the calendar code.

This update may not correct the calendar times for agendas created after 10/1 (or thereabouts). You can either edit each of those agendas w/ the pencil button (in the dated agendas module) and save them to force the calendar entries to be corrected, or you can wait a bit for me to come up with a bulk update. (It may take me a week or two to come up with the buik update.)
