Long-time site administrator, first time poster.

I've checked the forums and haven't found this issue (or I'm not searching correctly).

I'm the site admin and a member has sent this challenge:

Here is a screenshot of the message I get when I click “Forgot Password” and then input my email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

The screen shot is in the attachment.

I've tried deleting and adding her email address and also changing it.

It happens on multiple platforms: desktop and phone.

My info: Club 562, Lynchburg Toastmasters, lynchburgtoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/
Daytime: 434-299-7370

She never activated her account, I have manually activated.
