ONe of my clubs is corporate and has to use different rooms within the facility for its meetings. Is there a way to add an item to the agenda that can be edited each time (thinking ner the top) to signify the room we are in that week?

I reaslize I can use the meeting notes to add this in but it is near the bottom of the page and typiclaly below the visible area.

You can edit the meeting header and put anything you want in it.
You can add a role at the top and put the room in the comments.

Brian, thanks I had thought of those as well, just wanted to make sure there was not something i was missing. Perhaps this might be something to consider for a future update - an optional entry screen that would allow one to list the agenda dates and locations in a table and that would feed a field in the agenda header to show the location. Probably not useful for many clubs but for some it could be.

You can submit it as a suggestion and it it gets enough interest we may consider adding it.

You can use two different agenda templates.

A club in Miami meets in two different locations, and had great success using a Location 1 agenda, and a Location 2 agenda.

I suggest just putting a message on the home page that states that you move from time to time and when you are certain on the location, place it there...
