Hello
As title, "Contact Us" menu is always failed to send an email. I tested it using Chrome, Safari in Mac Yosemite. And someone tested it using IE in Windows. Club Number : 1593835 Site : 1593835.toastmastersclubs.org/ Thanks Club Number : 1593835

Works for me. Try reloading from server at the very bottom of your page
