Hi,

I'm trying to add guests from another club to our agenda on the our Toastmasters website. I've added them as Guests and Friends/Affiliates but they do not show in the dropdown in the agenda to assign them to a role. Do I need to add them as a Member to the site?

Thank You,
Ebrahim

An easy solution to this is to add a dummy member called {Guest}. The curly brackets move the name to the bottom of the list.
If you want to include the guest's name you can do that in the role description for that agenda.

You could also add {Area Director} as another dummy member.
