Former Member Still Receiving our Meeting Agendas

I have a former club member who still gets our meeting agendas using the email agenda function in FTH. I even deleted her email from her profile in FTH and that did not help either. Any suggestions in helping out this former member to not receive these meeting agendas. I am only getting the one complaint. I don't know if there is an issue with other former members and they are just not saying anything. Thanks, Dan

Thanks for the quick response. This is coming from Wry Toast #8358. This is happening when we are in our meeting calendar and we use the icon E-mail this meeting agenda function out to our members. The choices are All Members, Officers or just to folks with specific roles in that meeting are examples of who can receive our meeting agenda. There is no former member choice in this area of FTH. It is only for receipt of Members only. I have not checked with other former members to see if they are receiving our agenda, but I can do that. I can check with a couple more folks. Let me know if you need the specific persons name. I even deleted her e-mail from her profile in the Former Member section and she is still receiving our agendas. This former member is in multiple clubs, if that matters at all. If you need her name, so you can research it more specifically to her profile, let me know. Thanks, Dan - webmaster for the club.

Ok, the only way this could happen is if Trixie is somehow associated with a current member, or if her email address is the admin email address, or the club archive email address.

Given that she is not the admin, and your club archive email address is empty, this could happen in one of the following 2 ways:

1) Her email address is also the secondary email address of an existing member.
2) Her email address is in a forwarding rule for an email address of an existing member.

I did not check all the member profiles for #1, but I do see that you have a Club Guest "dummy member". Given that it is not a real member, I would be suspicious that this email account maybe has a forwarding rule set up to forward any emails received by it to an actual member, maybe the VPPR?

Check the Club Guest email account for a forwarding rule that forwards to her email address.
