Duplicate role not appearing after first instance - again

Hi Brian,

Sorry I was away for a bit. I'm still struggling with this. It is not working for us (Club 7661107 - GMR Toastmasters Club). I circled back to your last comment and you wrote, "Check that the roles are in the correct order and then save. the role with the member and the * needs to be the first occurrence. It made me think about this some more.

I set up the agenda with all the roles in advance. All initial instances of each of the 7 roles we have I use the role name - i.e. Toastmaster, JokeMaster, etc. Every subsequent instance, I place asterisks around the role name - i.e. *Toastmaster*, *Speech Evaluator 1*, etc.

The member will only be able to sign up for the very first instance of the role (I click on the checkmark stating "members can sign up for this role". Every subsequent instance of each role I uncheck that option.

When a member goes in to sign up for say, Toastmaster, only the first instance populates their name and profile pic. The subsequent instances do not. However, when I go in and save any of the subsequent instances (making no changes of course), it populated them all.

Is there no way of automated this so that as soon as they sign up for the first instance, that they all populate?

Thanks!
Nick

I just looked and your next agenda does NOT have * around Toastmaster
*Toastmaster* at every occurrence

Same with your GE, Grammarian, and Timer

Hi Brian,

Oh but I do. While in edit mode, you can see them all.
Are you seeing something different at your end?

Please remember that an agenda that already exists and has a date is NOT changed when you change the agenda template in the admin console.

The April 22 agenda does not have the *

Open your agenda in edit mode and the first occurrence of Toastmaster does not have the wrapping *
The first occurrence of General Evaluator does not have the wrapping *
ETC
