I tried to register a new member (his nationality Maruta) by entering his name and an e-mail address and mobile phone number but the message "Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail ag@squreconcept.com (Our advertised SMTP server permanently refused mail) is coming out and could not register him on the list.
Then by using the function, "quick add", I could temporarily register this member but the confirmation message to him from FTH3 could not reach him although the copy of message to him was sent to me. Now his status is still pending.
How to solve this problem?

Actually we can make contact with him directly, so for the time being sending information to him individually.

It appears Andre may have given you his website address. not his email address. Please call and ask him again.

No. No. As I mentioned in my question,  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  is an e-mail address which he could communicate with us. Not a web site address.

Any way what we should do to register him as a new member of our club?
I should recommend him to create another e-mail address such as ---@gmail.com
or do you have any other good solution?

When I browse to SquareConcept.com I see an error message--Cannot connect: Access denied for user 'dsquare_sc'@'localhost' (using password: YES)---so agree with Brian that the problem is there.  You, not Les, correctly identify ag@SquareConcept.com as an e-mail address, not a Web address.  I agree that in light of the problematic domain, your best bet is to have the member get a free Yahoo or Google e-mail address and use that.
