I cannot access my club web site

I am not sure if my earlier post was posted correctly, so writing it again.

We are unable to access our clubwebsite:
dtcctampa.toastmastersclubs.org/

The main page keeps loading.

Please advise. Thank you in advance for all your help!

A code modification has been applied specifically for IE8.... Please clear your cache and reload your club website.

Hello,

We are unable to access our club website: dtcctampa.toastmastersclubs.org/

It gives us "Operation timed out". We had this similar issue back in Oct and it seems FreeToastHost servers were blocking the incoming traffic from dtcctampa website.
