Member can't send emails to Speak With Ease member Group

This member keeps getting the following error response when trying to send to the member group. Can anyone help with this?

you should have an A record defined

and the mx record should be

speak-with-ease.org MX 0 mail.speak-with-ease.org

Sorry, but that is completely greek to me. Is the problem in his email, with his ISP? Thanks,
