Hi there,

I'm the VP PR of club 3447. We find that the calendar in on our website shows 3:10pm for club meeting and the actually club meeting page shows 7pm. I don't know how to change the calendar back to the correct time. Please tell how I can do that.

thank you very much,

Susan Wu

1) Your site has to be set to the correct time zone in the admin console.

2) Your agenda must be created with the correct start time.

3) Your PC must be set to the correct time zone.

Thanks Brain.

I changed the time zone and it didn't fix automatically as said in the doc. Then I see this:

"If you have created agendas that display the wrong time on the calendar, just open the agenda as admin, click the edit button, then click the edit button for any agenda item, then save the agenda. This will rebuild the calendar time for the agenda."

However, I can't find the "edit button". Could you tell me what's wrong with that?

thank you very much,

Susan

the edit button is the pencil icon top right of every agenda.

Again please read the documentation on this site.
