I have also one club member (non-officer) who cannot receive messages when they are sent out as a GROUP email from the members-7179@toastmasters.org

President also sends out server ~ emails.

Can someone help us understand why this is? Work on the Toastmaster's Server?

She does have the updated email as of yesterday in the TMI website that lists our club members.

As of right now, it appears to be a time lag during the work being done on the support site. Verify that this is correct? Please, Kate Rivard, 2013-14 VP of Public Relations :) Thanks a bunch in advance.

I moved this to it's own thread so that the previous member would not receive all of the replies to yours as well.

Has the member checked their junk email?

1) We have no connection to the toastmasters.org information, the club site admin will have to check her email address in the members list on your club website.

2) this is not a valid email address members-7179@toastmasters.org, please check your club website for the valid email address, log in as a member and look at the link "Club E-mail Addresses"

Hi 'Roger,
Vivien Bacaner, President of Marshwinds here--I am working on this challenge along with our VP Pr Kate Rivard.

Renee has checked her junk email. She just yesterday got an email from our district-district 6. The email the district used was the same one that is now on our club 7179 site. Another member, our treasurer Sara McCary has also reported problems with getting club emails. So I have approached this from the International Website and from the membership list on the club site. Both now have the same email used by the district: renee_garpestad@hotmail. com-........Since these are both right, I cannot figure out where else FreeToastHost would go to pull information.

Vivien there is NO one in your club with the email renee_garpestad@hotmail.com,

Renee's email listed in your membership list is renee@reneegarpestad.com

Please ensure you provide correct information when reporting a problem.

Rene should now be receiving email.
