Good day,

For about a week now, my corporate club members have been telling me they can not access our Club website. Strangely, I am able to access it from all sources (IE, Firefox, my work laptop and mobile).

Is there something you can do to check on this for us?

Thank you so much!

I would recommend looking for bad links or image references (bogus img tags) in your home page or other web page content, especially if any of those were updated. Frequently I find that different browsers handle bad references differently, so in some cases the website may load with one browser but not with another.

BTW, you were one of the people I was hoping to follow-up with, subsequent to our tcmail updates, since you had had some email headaches in the past. I do not know if you basically gave up on the email issues, or if they got resolved somehow...
