Officer change not reflected was created by PhyllisMay
Someone else asked this question. I have tried for 2 weeks to change our officers. Like the other person, I get the reply that says change is successful but nothing has changed. I am not new to FTH. I created the first one and did District training when the new one came about . There has not been another site administrator. Therefore, I do know how to enter new members, change officers, etc....at least I have. This is a problem happening now that has not happened before.
The person who asked the question originally said they figured it out. I would like to know what it takes to figure it out.
Maybe I should just delete all of last year's officers and re-enter them.
If you have a suggestion, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you, as always, for your assistance.

Phyllis,

Are you changing the officers by using the Assign Officers, Guests, Former Members tool in Membership Management?

If so, what browser and version are you using?

Hey, Brian....
I'm going to the membership page and it shows, for example, XXXXXX XXXXXXX as President. She is now Secretary so I backspace out ofPresident and add Secretary....as I've always done.
Same thing with anyone else who is changing offices.
If someone is no longer an officer, I take that out.
Someone new, I put Officer: and the office.

That does it, BRian. I guess I forgot that part.
Thanks....
BTW, I thought you took a break. Great to see you although I haven't been here for a very long time.
Thanks and if you want to delete this, feel free. Or, can I?
