Agenda Start Tme on Calendar

The start time of meetings on our club calendar has one hour subtracted from it over the months from November through to March. Despite it showing 20:00 hours on the agenda itself, on the calendar it shows 19:00 hours. This is also the period of 'winter time' or I believe it is called 'daylight saving time' in the USA. What is the fix for this please? We do not want prospects turning up an hour early and finding no one about. Clonmel 5462

Are the current calendar entries correct?

The calendar entry for a particular agenda is created/updated when you edit a specific agenda with the pencil button and then save that agenda. If the calendar entry for the current agenda is correct, it may just be a case of going back to resave old agendas to fix the calendar entries.

You can help expedite support requests if you put your club number in your forum signature. See the link in my forum signature for how to do that.

Thank you Steve for the link to add my club number to my forum signature. I hope I have done it correctly. On the problem of the wrong start time 19:00 hours appearing on the calendar entry for an agenda which shows the correct time of 20:00 hours, I've tried the pencil edit and save route but to no avail. I have used agenda templates for the months September 2015 through to June 2016 but the problem only occurs in the months November to March which happen to coincide with 'winter time'. I have never had this happen before and I can't figure it out. Cheers, Mick.

This may take a while to sort through. (time zone issues are kind of tricky)
I will need your patience and persistence on this.

Thank you Steve for looking into it. I have absolutely no idea on how to fix it so if it takes a while that wont bother me at all. I'm just glad you are going to give it a try. Cheers, Mick.

I may need you to check some things for me as I look into it.

Have you tried just tweaking the timezone setting to get the desired result?
