How do I email the agenda to the Prospects and/or Guests groups?

This is unlikely to be changed. We are *very* sensitive to any possibility of potentially sending emails to non-members that could be perceived as spam, as it is the FTH server that gets dinged on spam blacklists, not your club.
Hence, there are "guardrails' and intentional limitations on the functionality because of this.
